Cris and Jessica met at Mount Saint Mary University's (MSMU) MBA program in the summer of 2016. The following year, while still in school, they decided to launch LocoLotes with one cart and one goal in mind, to serve the best elotes Los Angeles had ever tasted. Since then, they have catered events throughout Los Angeles and Orange County bringing joy and curiosity to each and every event. They bring something unique to every gathering, whether corporate or social. Their elotes are loved by adults and children alike. They've taken a traditional dish and put a spin on it, all while using nothing but the freshest ingredients. They spent the better part of a year perfecting their homemade butter recipes that are sure to take your tastebuds on a ride!
